Please allow 1-3 business days for payment processing, shipping takes place after processing. Depending on your bank or lender, payment processing can take up to 10 business days. Please contact us if you have any questions. In most cases this takes 12 – 24 hours.

Shipping & Returns

Return Policy: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. Please note that Zaftyg skincare line will only be accepted unopened. Otherwise, we are happy to refund any returned unopened Zaftyg skincare line.

Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. To contact our customer service please email us directly at [email protected] We will not accept opened packages.

Items Not Eligible for Return Due To Covid-19 Restrictions

Please note that we do not accept returns of intimate apparel, swimwear, skincare, topical, apothecary products, organic products, vegan products, hemp products, CBD products, candles, food, cuisine, spices, coffee, earrings (with the exception of fine jewelry earrings – Zaftyg Lux Collection Only), shoes, ALL bags and accessories, make-up, pet supplies, child and infant products, gift products, promotional products, clearance items, Wedding or formalwear apparel sales are final, shoe sales are final, E-books, Courses, coaching services, consulting, online events, events, services, Zaftyg Affiliate Companies, ANY personalized or custom-made products, sale merchandise, or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description, unless they are faulty. Any exceptions to this policy will be listed under product details on the product page. Returns are not allowed on any pop-up stores, events or retreat purchases.

Late Returns

Any item returned after 15 days of receipt is not eligible for refund. We are however, we will refund any amount paid for an item out of stock or unable to ship. To contact our customer service please email us directly at [email protected]

Receiving a Refund

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price less a the return label fee if applicable. Any duties paid for orders shipped to Canada, the UK, France, Germany or Italy will NOT be refunded. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

As we fulfill orders and process returns at our warehouse, increased safety precautions are being taken at every step, and we are doing everything we can to get your orders shipped in accordance with our regular schedule.

To start a return: please send a message via messenger on the bottom right corner of the our website and include “Process a Return”, once you sent this message the Return Center, please give us your order details, full name, and item descriptions which item you would like to return and select the reason for return.

Returning an item with your own label is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories and most European Countries within the Schengen zone for an additional shipping fee. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. Each item has a customer shipping specifications, please check the description of the item(s) being purchased. Thank you so much for your patience as we expand our international presence.

Shipping is unique to each specific item, after the processing period then the shipping time frame starts.

Shipping Costs

Please note that some of our products include shipping, but not limited. Thank you for your patiences as we have partnered with big and small business suppliers through our personal network to offer you products that support their communities, which means some shipping may or may not be included.

All shipments outside of the United States are not delivered duty paid – this is your responsibility and we can not be held liable for additional costs incurred through customs.


US and Canada:
Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

United Kingdom, France, Germany and Italy:
All prices listed for the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Italy are inclusive of VAT, meaning that taxes are calculated and collected as part of the displayed product price and no additional taxes are assessed at checkout.
