Below, we detail what factors in Vedic astrology decide how one should earn more money. In Vedic astrology the houses for wealth, 1 ,2, 5, 9, and 11 all play an important role in earning money or inheriting it through 8. And the most important planets for money are Venus and Jupiter. Why? Because Jupiter is the planet of giving money and Venus is the planet of enjoying that money. So, the strength of these two planets is very important in a Vedic chart. And if it is the 5th house, the 9th house is its Lord. The 1st house tells us about you and the so called ascendant. The 1st house Lord and so called ascendant Lord are very important in any chart, as the ascendant ruler indicates how money will come to you, not career (10th house) or odd jobs (6th house).

“As per his chart, Lagna Lord is retrograde and sitting in 9^th house along with ketu but aspecting 2^nd and 11^th Lord Jupiter, however 10^th house Lord Mars which conjuncts Jupiter also aspects Saturn. Seventh Lord Sun is sitting in 3^rd house with Karaka Business Mercury along with Rahu, and Exalted Venus in 2^nd house itself generates large wealth for him (as getting aspected by exalted Jupiter), as exemplified by “J.P.” (John Pierpont) Morgan, the American financier, banker, and art collector who dominated corporate finance and industrial consolidation during his time. He founded “JPMorgan Chase & Company”, an American multinational banking and financial services holding company. It is the largest bank in the United States, with total assets of US $2.6 trillion.”

For anyone who wants to achieve anything in their life and who wants to achieve their goals, the ascendant and its Lord are very important because the ascendant and its Lord tells about you. If it is weak in a chart, those people sometimes have challenges or setbacks while trying to find who they are, what they target, and what their passion is in life.

“In Hindu astrology, yoga is the relationship between one planet, sign, or house to another by placement, aspect, or conjunction. It is the consideration of the planetary dasha’s directional effects, the most important factor which distinguishes Hindu astrology from Western astrology.”

So if we find any yogas or any planet exalted, it becomes an issue once the ascendant Lord and ascendant gets weak, as we can’t achieve what we search for in this life. Apart from ascendant and its Lord, the strength of 5th house and 9th house and 5th Lord and 9th Lord are in good strength. And 1st, 5th, and 9th Lord need to connect to each other and doshas, as when they come next in a lifetime is very important in determining who will gain more money in their life.

“Meaning of doshas in Vedic astrology is the condition that has flaws, un-favorable or not good. The word doshas has been taken from the Sanskrit language. These Indian astrology doshas occur because of the un-favorable position of the planets in the twelve houses of your birth chart.“

If we talk about doshas we have to know the basics of  two gangs in Vedic Astrology. For example the Gang A Planets are the Sun, Moon, Mars and Ketu (South Node). And the Gang B Planets are Saturn, Mercury, Venus and Rahu (North Node). And one who is born under the ascendant signs of Gang A and facing doshas of Gang A planets doshas means that person will achieve the great things that they search for. If someone is born Gang B ascendant and facing Gang B planets doshas, they should achieve good things which they looking for. Thus, the importance of the correct time for the natal chart is highly recommended.

Why are there two gangs or groups of planet in Vedic astrology? Because the Sun, Moon, Mars, Jupiter and Ketu are friends to each other and it comes under the concept of spirituality. It means these planets’ main motive is one should achieve happiness through spirituality. But Gang B planets like Saturn, Mercury, Venus and Rahu are friends to each other and these planets motivate people to achieve happiness through money and some other human earthly pleasures.

So, this is the reason for two different gangs in Vedic astrology. The Gang A comes under the leadership of Jupiter, and Gang B comes under the leadership of Venus. So it’s the Venus Gang vs. Jupiter Gang. 

So the ultimate thing is ascendant Lord and 5th and 9th Lord, and dosha Lord which is friendly to ascendant Lord is very important in determining if one should earn more money and achieve their goals.

February 22nd to April 14th, 2021 – Mars in Taurus

February 4th to March 11, 2021 – Mercury in Capricorn

November 20th, 2020 to April 6th, 2021 – Jupiter in Capricorn

February 21st to March 17th, 2021 – Venus in Aquarius

January 24th, 2020 to April 29th, 2022 – Saturn in Capricorn

September 23rd, 2020 to April 12th, 2022 – Rahu in Taurus

September 23rd, 2020 to April 12th, 2022 – Ketu in Scorpio
